Flatbed dispatch, tarps and all.
Steel, lumber, building materials and machinery. We get tarp, securement, dimensions and permit details in writing before you accept the load. Step deck and hotshot too.
Open-deck loads
You tell us your lanes, home time and minimum rate. We book inside those limits, and you approve every load.
- 01Tarp requirements and tarp pay agreed before booking.
- 02Step deck for taller freight; dimensions checked against legal height.
- 03Hotshot loads for gooseneck and bumper-pull setups.
- Load findingLoad boards and broker contacts, with reloads lined up before you're empty and planned around your home time.
- Rate negotiationWe counter. Every load gets pushed on rate, detention and layover terms before we say yes.
- Broker paperworkCarrier packets, rate confirmations and setup with new brokers. You sign; we chase the rest.
- Check callsBrokers get their updates from us, so your phone isn't ringing at every rest stop.

The phone gets answered. Every time.
Call or text at 2 PM or 2 AM and Alex, our AI dispatcher, picks up. Alex says it's an AI, asks the questions a dispatcher would (equipment, MC, home base, lanes, minimum rate) and gets your setup started. Shamil, the owner, reviews every carrier, and no load is booked without your yes.

How it works out. On a $3,000 load, 4.5% is $135. On a $5,500 load, it's $247.50. That's the whole bill: no weekly fee, no per-load add-ons.
If the truck sits, you owe nothing. You approve every load before it's booked.

Straight answers.
Do you dispatch step deck and hotshot?
Yes, along with flatbed. Tell us your deck length, height and what securement you carry.
How much does a flatbed dispatcher cost?
Ours is 4.5% of the gross on loads you haul, with no setup fee and no minimum.
Are you a broker?
No. Dispatch Desk is a dispatch service that works for you, the carrier. We don't take loads under our own authority and we don't pay you. You're paid by the broker or shipper, and we take 4.5% of the load's gross.
Who answers when I call?
Alex, our AI dispatcher, answers calls and texts at (385) 376-4788 day and night. Alex tells you up front that it's an AI. It takes down your equipment, lanes and documents, and the owner, Shamil Kuchaliyev, reviews every carrier. Nothing gets booked without your OK.
What do you need from me to start?
A W-9, your certificate of insurance and your MC authority. With those we can set you up with brokers and start booking.
