Loads booked while you drive.
Truck dispatch service for owner-operators and small fleets. We find the freight, push the rate and handle the broker paperwork, for dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, power only and hotshot.

We work for the carrier. Not the shipper.
A dispatcher is the person on the phones and load boards so you don't have to be.
You tell us what you run, where home is and the rate you won't go under. We do the searching, the haggling and the paperwork, and send you loads to approve.
- Load findingLoad boards and broker contacts, with reloads lined up before you're empty and planned around your home time.
- Rate negotiationWe counter. Every load gets pushed on rate, detention and layover terms before we say yes.
- Broker paperworkCarrier packets, rate confirmations and setup with new brokers. You sign; we chase the rest.
- Check callsBrokers get their updates from us, so your phone isn't ringing at every rest stop.
Six trailer types. One desk.
Dry van
Retail, grocery dry goods, paper and packaging. The biggest pool of freight on the boards, so the work is in picking the right loads, not just any load.
Reefer
Produce, meat, dairy and frozen. Set points, pre-cool and appointment times confirmed on the rate con before you roll.
Flatbed
Steel, lumber, building materials and machinery. Tarp and securement requirements spelled out before you accept.
Step deck
Taller machinery and equipment that won't fit legal height on a flat. Dimensions and permit needs checked up front.
Power only
You bring the tractor, the shipper or broker supplies the trailer. Drop-and-hook and trailer pool freight.
Hotshot
Class 3–5 pickups with gooseneck or bumper-pull trailers. Expedited, partial and smaller LTL-sized loads.
The phone gets answered. Every time.
Call or text at 2 PM or 2 AM and Alex, our AI dispatcher, picks up. Alex says it's an AI, asks the questions a dispatcher would (equipment, MC, home base, lanes, minimum rate) and gets your setup started. Shamil, the owner, reviews every carrier, and no load is booked without your yes.
(385) 376-4788of gross, per load you haul
One number. Paid only when you run.
| Dispatch fee | 4.5% of the load's gross |
|---|---|
| Setup fee | None |
| Minimum | None |
| Contract | Cancel with 7 days' notice |
How it works out. On a $3,000 load, 4.5% is $135. On a $5,500 load, it's $247.50. That's the whole bill: no weekly fee, no per-load add-ons.
If the truck sits, you owe nothing. You approve every load before it's booked.
From first call to first load.

Straight answers.
Are you a broker?
No. Dispatch Desk is a dispatch service that works for you, the carrier. We don't take loads under our own authority and we don't pay you. You're paid by the broker or shipper, and we take 4.5% of the load's gross.
Who answers when I call?
Alex, our AI dispatcher, answers calls and texts at (385) 376-4788 day and night. Alex tells you up front that it's an AI. It takes down your equipment, lanes and documents, and the owner, Shamil Kuchaliyev, reviews every carrier. Nothing gets booked without your OK.
What do you need from me to start?
A W-9, your certificate of insurance and your MC authority. With those we can set you up with brokers and start booking.
What equipment do you dispatch?
Dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, power only and hotshot. Tell us what you pull and we'll plan loads around it.
Do you only dispatch trucks in Utah?
No. We're based in Sandy, Utah, and dispatch owner-operators and small fleets across the lower 48.
